3. Repeated action.
4. The onset of severe consequences.
5. Committing an act against a minor.

In the above cases, the court may impose a punishment, which consists in imprisonment of the accused for a period of 4 to 15 years, depending on the circumstances of the criminal offense. An additional penalty may be confiscation of property.

Thus, Article 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine establishes criminal liability for engaging in prostitution and for involving/compelling a subject into prostitution. The subject of a criminal offense is a pimp, that is, a person who organizes prostitution for other persons. A very important aspect is making a profit.
