IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO WHICH YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN REGISTRATION OF EXIT FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE ABROAD FOR CITIZENS OF UKRAINE

When a person resides in another state, has a temporary or permanent residence permit in the country of his stay, and has the opportunity to obtain citizenship, or, in relation to some countries, to obtain a permanent residence permit with the subsequent acquisition of citizenship, a permit must be issued in the territory of Ukraine for permanent residence abroad.

 The need for such registration may arise both immediately after moving from Ukraine to a certain country, and after tens of years, when people have lived in other countries for years and do not receive documents there confirming the fact of citizenship or permanent residence.

 The process of obtaining such permission often creates difficulties, since each person has an individual, special situation.

What should you look out for first?

• Personal paperwork

When applying for a permit to travel abroad for permanent residence, you must be present in person. The collection of documents necessary for such a permit can be entrusted to a representative by a notarized power of attorney or to your legal representative, but when the documents are submitted and when the final stamp is put into the foreign passport of Ukraine about leaving for permanent residence in a certain country, only personal presence.

• Absence of registered and operating LLC or PE with the participation of the applicant
