HOW TO RESTORE A MILITARY ID?

In life, it often happens that people lose the most important documents. This happens due to carelessness, negligence or other life circumstances that do not depend on the will of the person himself. Information regarding the military ticket is regulated by the Regulation on the military ticket of private, non-commissioned and non-commissioned officers and the Regulation on the military ticket of a reserve officer, Decree of the President of Ukraine dated December 30, 2016 № 582/2016.

Every conscript/military serviceman (reservist) must take care of the validity of his military ticket, because in case of damage or careless treatment, which entailed its loss, he is responsible.

Therefore, in case of loss of a military ticket, a serviceman must immediately notify his commander (chief) at the place of military service, and a conscript, a reservist - the head of the TCC and SP where he is on the military record.

In general, the reasons for issuing a military ticket again are:

• Damage to the military ticket and the impossibility of its further use;
• Destruction of a military ticket by a natural disaster;
• Loss or theft;
• Changes to the PIP of a serviceman.

In order to restore the document, a person must apply to the TCC and SP with a corresponding application, explaining the reason for such omission, in turn, if the person is already serving, he must apply with a report to the commander at the place of military service.

So, if the reason was the theft of a military ID, you need to add to the application/report a Certificate from the police department that a claim of loss was written, and if the document was lost during the service, you need to add an Extract of the order of the results of the official investigation.

Accordingly, the military card can be reissued, but only by decision of the head of the TCC and SP.

And first of all, you need to remember that a military ticket can be transferred to other persons only with the receipt of a corresponding receipt of receipt of a military ticket by the specified persons. Since in practice there are cases when a person comes to the military commissariat, and his military ID is taken away without reason, without issuing a receipt.
