  • Impossibility of registration of ownership of the building.
  • Problems with bringing to the object of communications.
  • Demolition of an illegally erected building by court order.
  • Occupancy of the annex by outsiders.
  • Penal sanctions from the DABK inspection.
  • Impossibility of claiming compensation for damage caused to an arbitrarily erected structure.

The procedure for legalizing an extension depends on various factors. For example, if during the construction work, the appropriate permission was not obtained from the local construction and architecture authorities, it is necessary to legalize the new buildings.
For this, one of the procedures is used: simplified or general. The simplified procedure is carried out in case of construction amnesty. This procedure applies to additions to buildings constructed between 1992 and 2015. An inventory must be carried out to register the building under amnesty conditions. The result will be the issuance of a technical passport for the facility.
