HOW TO GET PERMIT TO EXIT UKRAINE?

When a person has legally issued a residence permit or citizenship of another country, to leave Ukraine, you need to collect a package of documents that is submitted to the State Migration Service. What documents are needed?

If legal representatives remain in Ukraine, and a person leaves with other people, a notarized consent from them is required. When it comes to children aged 14 to 16, they also need such a notarized consent.

You should also attach to the entire package of documents listed a receipt confirming that you have paid the administration fee.
