• there are no bankruptcy cases regarding the applicant, he is not in a state of liquidation or reorganization;
• the applicant must not have any debt regarding the payment of tax payments to the budget of Ukraine;
• the applicant must not be criminally liable in cases related to the commission of corruption crimes.

Importantly! Cash funding under the grant program is only available for gardens between 1 hectare and 25 hectares in size.

What can be planted when creating a garden with grant funds?

As part of the grant program, the following types of crops are provided for planting, namely: apple, pear, cherry, cherry, plum, peach, apricot, sea buckthorn, blueberry, blueberry, raspberry, currant, gooseberry, blackberry, hazel.

The size of the grant is from 140,000 to 400,000 hryvnias per hectare, but no more than 70% of the cost of the planting project. Funds can be spent on paying all bills that were included in the estimate for project implementation.
