A building passport is a document that defines a complex of urban planning and architectural requirements for the development of a land plot. • The scheme of land development, which includes the location of planned construction objects, entrances to buildings and structures, the distance to streets and roads.
• Distances from the construction site to the boundary of the land plot and connection to engineering networks.
