• an organization that wants to participate in the grant program registered in Ukraine as a limited company liability (LLC);
• the organization should not carry out any economic activities on a temporary basis on occupied territories;
• organization refers to small and medium businesses, that is has from 11 to 100 workers, and their annual income from proceedings economic activity should not exceed 10 million euros on the day of submission of the corresponding grant application;
• controlling stake  organizations in size at least 51% must belong to Ukrainian citizens;
• the organization must not be in a state bankruptcy or have a goal the future liquidation, and also not have tax debts to the state;
• the organization should not conduct its business activities on the territory Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus and other countries that are included in the sanction list;
• the organization has innovative components contained in its products, as well as the potential for the future scaling enterprises and work for export;
• the organization focused on the directions of proceedings economic activities which defined a program of large grants ( more about this can be found at the link ).

Important! One organization can submit only one grant application. If the enterprises are in some way related to each other, then in this case they cannot submit applications.

What is meant by the innovative component of the organization?

In accordance with the Law "On Investment Activity", innovative activity is one of the forms of investment activity, which is carried out with the aim of introducing the achievements of scientific and technical progress into production and the social sphere.

That is, the organization during the implementation of such activities must produce a certain innovative product.

For example, it can be the creation of software that does not contain any analogs in the world, etc.

What amount can entrepreneurs receive under this grant program?

The program provides for 30 small and medium-sized companies to receive a grant of 25,000 euros. And the total budget of such a program is 750 thousand euros.
