Grant for processing enterprises up to UAH 8 million

Ukraine has always been a country where the development of industry is of great importance for economic growth.

However, sometimes enterprises can get into difficult financial situations or lose their competitiveness.

In order to support and restore processing enterprises, the state announced the launch of a grant program in the amount of 8 million hryvnias.

Basic conditions:

• The beneficiary of more than five (inclusive) taxpayers) engaged in, or planning to engage in, a processing business (section "C" of quods ) can apply for a grant - processing industry)
• The program covers no more than 50% of the project cost. The program covers no more than 80% of the project cost for businesses that are planned to be conducted in the occupied territory or the territory where hostilities were fought.
• The applicant undertakes to conduct activities for at least 3 years and to pay taxes to the budget.
• The bank will check the applicant's business reputation, namely credit history, debtors' register, court registers, corruption registers, information on taxes paid, and sanctions lists, and assess the riskiness of the industry.
• Mandatory creation of jobs depending on the amount the applicant expects to receive.
  Up to UAH 1,600,000 – 5 jobs;
  UAH 1,600,001-3,200,000 – 10 jobs;
  UAH 3,200,001-4,800,000– 15 jobs;
  UAH 4,800,001-6,400,000 – 20 jobs;
  UAH 6,400,001-8,000,000 – 25 jobs.

30% of employees must be employed within 6 months from the date of receiving the grant, the rest within the next 6 months.

What can you spend on?

• purchase of basic means of production (technological equipment, machines, etc.);
• commissioning of technological equipment and machines;
• delivery of purchased technological equipment and machines.

Who can not get it?

• If you conduct or plan to conduct activities in the temporarily occupied territories or cooperate with Russia and Belarus;
• If you are under sanctions;
• If a bankruptcy case was opened against you;
• If you are listed in the register of corrupt persons;
• If you have debts to the state;
• The applicant's assets have been confiscated by a court judgment that has entered into force, or the asset has been seized;
• beneficiary's right to claim under the credit agreement is disputed in court;
• Court verdict on proven fraud of the applicant /recipient/ beneficiary.
