Grant for furniture enterprises under the Own business program
Every year, the trend of creating one's own business among citizens in different countries of the world is constantly growing, because today's youth aspire not to work for hire, but to develop their business.
Ukraine is no exception in this aspect, and therefore in 2022, one of the most popular state grant programs among Ukrainians - "Own business" was created.
During the 2 years of its existence, about 15,000 citizens received grant funds from the state under the program, in whose businesses UAH 3.3 billion was invested, which is quite a high indicator.
However, today there are still people who do not know all aspects of receiving grant funds under the "Own Business" program. What is the relevance of the chosen topic?
In this article, we will talk about the features of receiving grant funds within the framework of the "Own Business" program.
Why is this grant program so popular?
One of the main aspects of the popularity of the "Own Business" grant program is that it was created both for people who are just planning to start their own business and already active individual entrepreneur and legal entities.
This, in turn, indicates that almost every Ukrainian can receive funding under this grant program.
To participate in the grant program, potential applicants must meet the following criteria, namely:
- not to conduct any type of economic activity on the territory of the aggressor (Russian Federation), as well as the TOT;
- not be under any type of sanctions imposed by state and international organizations;
- not be at any stage of bankruptcy;
- not to be criminally liable for corruption crimes defined in the current legislation of Ukraine;
- not be in debt to the state (for example, regarding the payment of tax payments and fees).
What amount of funds can be received within the framework of the grant program?
The terms of the grant program "Own business" provide for the receipt of non-refundable funding from UAH 50,000 to UAH 250,000.
However, at the same time, the recipient of the aid is obliged to create jobs: up to UAH 150,000 - 1 job, up to UAH 250,000 - at least 2 jobs.
What can grant funds be spent on?
Within the framework of the grant program, the recipient of financing can spend money on the purchase of various equipment and raw materials for his own enterprise, repayment of rent (about that is, no more than 25% of the total amount of the grant), renting equipment necessary for conducting business activities, making payments for services provided in the field of marketing and advertising, franchising, etc.
Thus, the terms of the grant program provide for a fairly wide list of tasks that can be financed with grant funds.
It should be noted that the "Own Business" grant program is ideal for creating your own small furniture business.
