Is it necessary to withdraw from military registration?

To cross the border, it is necessary to have the child's birth certificate or documents confirming the authority of the person accompanying the child. The second case refers to situations where a guardian, custodian, one of the adoptive parents or foster parents provides the support. Also, according to the provisions of the Law "On State Social Assistance to Persons with Disabilities from Childhood and Children with Disabilities", there must be a certificate regarding the appointment of social assistance, which records the status of a child with disabilities. It can also be a document in the form of a medical opinion about a child with a disability. Its copy will also do, but it must be notarized.

It is also important to note that departure is possible only when it comes to accompanying a child with the I or II group of disabilities. This permission does not apply to Group III.
