Is it possible to immigrate to Ukraine outside the quota?

• parents and children of citizens of Ukraine;
• to the husband or wife of a citizen of Ukraine, provided that the marriage lasts more than 2 years at the time of submitting the relevant application;
• guardians and custodians, as well as wards of citizens of Ukraine;
• those who, based on their territorial origin, have the right to acquire Ukrainian citizenship;
• those whose immigration is in the spectrum of the state interest of Ukraine;
• to Ukrainians abroad and their spouses, their children, if joint entry to the territory of our country and further stay here is planned.
