Extract from the URE

What is an extract from the Unified State Register? This is information from the registry which is provided in the form of a document and contains information about the presence or absence in the registry of information about legal entities or individuals as per the submitted request. Excerpt, certificate or statement are issued on the forms of strict accountability, they have an accounting series and number.

Information about the legal entity - its name, organizational and legal form, location, activities, as well as the name of the individual entrepreneur, its activities, and much other necessary information contains the Unified State Register of legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as United State Register), which is an automated system for collecting, storing, protecting, recording and providing information about legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs.

The Unified State Register, established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs", provides for the accumulation of information about legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and is maintained by the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, is its manager and by the administrator.

 At the time of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, the state registrar will give you a description (paper document), which contains the access code to the result of the provision of the state service with reference to the website where your extract is in electronic form, and then the extract from the USR in paper form, certified by the signature and stamp of the registrar. The same procedure for obtaining an extract from the USR is provided for when changing the information contained in the statement.

The need to obtain an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations (hereinafter referred to as the USR) sooner or later any Ukrainian entrepreneur faces. It is necessary when performing banking operations, concluding notarial transactions, transactions with counterparties and in other cases when carrying out business activities. Therefore, in particular, in our practice, the treatment of entrepreneurs in order to obtain an extract from the USR is common.
