The other day, the list of grounds for dismissal from the Armed Forces during martial law was expanded. This happened on the basis of the adopted Law on Amendments to Art. 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service". It says that if one of the close relatives of a soldier died while performing a combat mission, he has the right to be dismissed from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This applies to those whose relatives have disappeared under the same conditions.
