• self-service - possible with the help of third parties or technical means;
• movement - carried out independently, but with support / auxiliary means;
• education - limited, possible only under special programs;
• labor activity - the possibility of work only in adapted conditions / partial inability to work;
• orientation, communication and behavior – the ability is carried out with the support of other people or with the use of special means.

For what eye diseases is group 2 issued?

• Complete bilateral ptosis (drooping eyelids), which makes visual contact impossible.
• Irreversible visual impairments, in which:

1. Visual acuity in both eyes or in the better eye remains within 0.05–0.08 with correction;
2. Or the field of view is narrowed to 20° or less - this significantly limits orientation in space.

• Combinations of various diseases and consequences of injuries.

Persons with disabilities receive 90% of the amount of the old-age pension if they have an insurance period of 1 to 14 years.

This amount is determined individually - taking into account:

1. the length of work (insurance) period;
2. the salary from which contributions to the Pension Fund were paid.

• Minimum payments

Regardless of the calculation, the payment cannot be lower than the established minimum:

2,520 UAH - for persons who are not working;

2,093 UAH - for those who are employed.
