• Intentional killing of a newborn child by the mother - restriction/deprivation of liberty for up to 5 years (Article 117 of the Criminal Code).
• Intentional murder under the condition of exceeding the limits of self-defense - correctional labor, restriction/deprivation of liberty for up to 3 years (Article 118 of the Criminal Code).
• Murder committed due to carelessness - restriction/deprivation of liberty for up to 5 years (Article 119 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
