What was the client's purpose for the appeal?

Olena works in the field of design, is a professional costume designer, and has experience working with famous Ukrainian stars.

She decided to open her own sewing production of unique and stylish clothes and needed financing for this project.

At the time of contacting us, Olena was not yet an individual entrepreneur.

Stages of work

The client applied on 08/08/2023. We talked, agreed on all points, and signed the contract. Next was a check of the client's business reputation and the possibility of receiving a grant under the "Own Business" program for UAH 250,000. Filling out the questionnaire, and researching expenses.

Olena planned to use the funds received to purchase fabric and raw materials for sewing clothes. She also wanted to cover part of the rent for the workshop. Buy a cutting table and rent several sewing machines.

Correct planning and development of an effective business plan with our help allowed even to keep part of the funds for marketing and advertising for a faster start of the project.

On August 30, we submitted a completed grant application. Then there was the preparation for the interview with the grantor. Given our experience in receiving and preparing for receiving grants, we took into account all possible issues and nuances and prepared the client for this procedure.

On September 19, the client successfully passed the interview. And already on October 4, she received a letter of approval for a grant in the amount of UAH 250,000.

The next stage was the registration of the individual entrepreneur and the opening of a bank account. On October 29, the client received the grant funds and she began to implement her idea. Also, Olena turned to us for the search and selection of the next grant, as she does not plan to stop there.
