09.04,2023 we were approached by a company specializing in the production of PVC panels and accessories for them. The company also established the production of decorative PVC corners, and they planned to expand production, but they did not have enough funds.

The equipment was needed to expand the production line and start producing PVC plinths.

As soon as they saw our advertisement and found out that it was possible to get funding from the state, they needed to buy the necessary equipment from abroad, we announced all the terms of cooperation and the conditions of the program itself, the obligations and nuances.

Stages of work

After several rounds of negotiations, the contract was signed on 09.07.2023 and the client received a questionnaire to be filled out so that we could start developing a business plan. The client and I are in different areas and, accordingly, the work took place in an online format.

09.20.2023, the client sent us a questionnaire and we started developing a business plan, in parallel, he was preparing a package of documents (contracts, reports, etc.) that had to be sent to the bank after the successful completion of the first stage, and only 36 hours are given to collect these documents, so we prepared these documents ahead of time.

09.29.2023 they applied. On 02.10.2023, we received a call from the bank manager with a message about the successful completion of the first stage and that we need to provide a package of documents (which we have already successfully prepared).

29.12.2023, an order was published on the website of the Ministry of Economy on granting a grant.

Then there was the process of opening an account and crediting one's contribution to this account, and within a month the client received a notification about crediting the grant funds to the account.
