 This is a separate family, which is created at the request of spouses or persons who are not married and who take on upbringing and cohabitation of at least 5 orphans and children deprived of parental care. Parents-educators are the legal representatives of children, and have the right to be provided out of turn with an equipped individual dwelling house or multi-room apartment.
