8 000 UAH FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ENTREPRENEURS AND EMPLOYEES

This time the article is devoted to the procedure for obtaining financial assistance by natural persons-entrepreneurs and employees.

 Therefore, the Laws of Ukraine №4429, №4430 and №4431, voted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and signed by the President of Ukraine, entered into force and became practical, which indicates the beginning of the application stage for financial assistance. However, there are a number of criteria to pay attention to.

Where to go?

 To receive financial assistance, you can contact the portal "ACTION" simply by following the link. To do this, you only need to use an electronic digital signature. Or download a similar mobile application.

What is the amount of assistance?

 According to the approved norms, the amount of assistance is UAH 8,000, which is paid once.

Who can receive?

 Employees who have lost their wages due to the imposed quarantine restrictions, as well as natural persons-entrepreneurs of the outlined NACE may apply for one-time assistance. You can view code of conduct of ecoonomic activities at hier. The main condition is that such a code of conduct of ecoonomic activities should be your main.

 If you are a self-employed person, you must also meet the following criteria:

• more than 3 months have passed since the state registration;
• you paid single social contribution for at least 3 months in 2020;
• is not both a sole proprietor and an employee.

If you are an employee, you must also meet the following criteria:

• the employer accrued single social contribution for you for the 3rd quarter of 2020;
• the average salary does not exceed UAH 30,000;
• is not part-time.

  When to apply?

 The application for payment of assistance is submitted by December 21, 2020 inclusive. At the same time on the portal "ACTION" it is indicated that such an application can be submitted until 31.12.2020.

When will help arrive?

 If you have filled in the application correctly, the one-time assistance will be credited to your card account by 31.12.2020.

 However, if the verification of the application reveals non-compliance with the conditions of receipt of payment, you will receive a notification of refusal. Receipt of a refusal does not preclude re-application.

 It is worth noting that you need to indicate in the application the number of the bank account to which the transfer will be made in the form of IBAN. One-time assistance is paid exclusively to the bank account. You can get an IBAN number in any branch of your bank or with the help of online banking services.
