No, such individuals are not booked. If an employee already has an active deferral (for example, due to health or family circumstances), they do not need to be booked, and the system will reject them due to duplicate statuses.
How to book if you are wanted?
While the person is in the “wanted” status (due to violation of military registration rules), booking is not possible. The “Diya” system will issue an automatic refusal.
Which employee cannot be booked?
To successfully apply for a reservation, an employee must meet five key criteria. First, this is the presence of a military registration document. Second, this is official employment. Third, the data must be updated. The fourth requirement is the absence of violations of the rules of military registration, the so-called TCC search. It should also be emphasized that the right to a reservation arises instantly after signing an employment contract, without any time restrictions on seniority. Therefore, those individuals who do not meet these criteria will not be able to book. The only exception is for the defense sector and key army suppliers: now they can issue a temporary reservation for up to 45 days for their specialists. The main advantage of this option is that the presence of certain “gaps” in the employee’s military registration data does not become an obstacle to obtaining temporary immunity from conscription.
