Who can participate?

Participants who can apply for participation in the grant program must meet the following criteria:

• 3 groups can receive grants - 1) affected territories 2) de-occupied territories 3) support of MSMEs (entities of micro-enterprises that are important for providing basic goods for the population), 250 grants for each group;
• a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur must be registered in Ukraine in accordance with current state legislation by February 1, 2021, and the beneficiaries of such organizations must be only citizens of Ukraine;
• The staff of the organization should not have more than 9 people, and its income may not exceed 2 million euros;
• At the time of submission of the corresponding application for participation in the grant program, the enterprise must carry out its economic activity through the authorized KVEDY - you can find a full list of them at the link - https://microgrants.bdf.gov.ua/files/kvedy.pdf. The implementation of such activities must be confirmed through the relevant reporting of the organization on January 1, 2023;
• The organization must not receive any grant funds from February 1, 2022;
• The organization must not have any debt to the state or the Pension Fund of Ukraine, etc.;
• The organization must submit only one application for participation in the micro-business program;
• The organization has no debts to creditors, which makes its credit history positive, and has an excellent business reputation;
• The owners or founders of the organization must not belong to the circle of persons who are in some way connected with politics in the state;
• The organization should not carry out its economic activity in the occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as if such territory belongs to the countries of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus;
• No economic sanctions should be imposed on the organization;
• The organization must not be at the stage of bankruptcy or intend to liquidate its enterprise.

What are the application deadlines?

The program is carried out in 3 stages:

1. August 21, 2023;
2. September 4, 2023;
3. September 18, 2023.

What is the amount of receiving grant funds?

It is possible to receive funds in the amount of 4,000 euros. The number of recipients is 750.
