Legislative framework of the issue

  • Information about the license that allows you to start construction work.

If, for example, the right to build the object was transferred to another customer or the general contractor was changed in the process, the project documentation is adjusted within 3 working days. The relevant information should be obtained by the State architectural and construction control body. It is this state body that must, within 10 working days, make a decision to grant a permit to start construction or refuse to issue one.
