HOW TO USE THE RRO SOFTWARE?

 RRО. How much meaning is embedded in this abbreviation. According to the Law №265/95-VR of 06.07.1995 (as amended on 16.10.2020), the registrar of settlement operations of the RRO is a device or software and hardware complex in which fiscal functions are implemented and which is intended for registration of settlement operations, in particular when selling goods (providing services).

 The issue of RRO is relevant, as the 3-stage reform of this area is currently underway:

• August 1, 2020 - introduced and allowed to use software RRO;
• 01.01.2021 - expansion of the list of activities of the business entity, for which the use of RRO is mandatory: sale of jewelry, medicines and medical devices, provision of health care services, sale of household appliances that are subject to warranty repair, activities of hotels, restaurants, cafes, travel agencies, tour operators, etc.

 On April 1, 2021, it is mandatory to apply to sole proprietors engaged in all activities, without exception, and who are on the simplified taxation system of the second, third and fourth groups.

 Once installed, you need to connect your phone to your computer and add the secret key file and certificate (CEP) to the application folder. Then the authorization in the program and the beginning of work is carried out.

 To work, you need to enter a password to the electronic signature. You can start working with RRO only after the product is added to the directory. To do this, make a description of the goods, including: product code (manually or by reading the barcode), name, price, UKTZED code (for goods), DKPP code (for services), unit of measurement, VAT (in case of sub ' the project is a payer), excise duty (on the sale of excisable goods).

 The work is started by clicking on the command "open shift" and entering the amount of change (official deposit). The goods are released either by entering the name or by scanning the barcode and entering the quantity of the goods. Then the check is fiscalized, ie registered on the server and assigned a fiscal number. If necessary or at the request of the buyer, the fiscal check can be sent using any messenger.

 At the end of the shift, funds are withdrawn by the "official issuance" command, then the shift is closed and the Z-report and check are created.
