The birthday of the law firm Prikhodko & Partners is January 26, 2017. Between this date and the present, the path goes from an ambitious idea in the head of one person to leadership in the legal services market of Ukraine. The author of the idea is Andrey Anatolyevich Prikhodko, Doctor of Law, managing partner of the company, who managed to accumulate his own professional competencies and entrepreneurial abilities, and assemble a team of “Major League players” in the field of jurisprudence.
Currently, the law firm “Prikhodko & Partners” is a multidisciplinary association of specialists in an innovative format, where the client can solve almost any legal issue. The “three pillars” of the company’s success are:

Therefore, the first was an attempt to conduct business in parallel with the main work – the creation together with a partner of the Law Firm “EFFECTEAM”. With the advent of the first clients and fees, Andrey Prikhodko decided to quit his job at a state-owned enterprise. But his partner didn’t. Full involvement in the work of only one of the partners has become an obvious factor in slowing down development. Therefore, Andrey Prikhodko decided to leave the “drifting” law firm to a partner in order to start his own business with a clean letter.

However, a month later, they managed to agree with one accounting company on the so-called barter: the accountants allocated one office to Andrey Prikhodko for free use, and he took upon himself the solution of all their legal issues. In parallel, he served his clients on his own behalf. 150,000 hryvnias earned in the first month were invested to the penny in the creation of the site, marketing and advertising, in particular, in targeted advertising on Facebook, contextual advertising in Google Ads and placement of ads on online platforms like OLX. And after three months, things quickly went uphill – funds appeared both for renting their own office and for hiring assistants.

Comprehensive business support and the emergence of VIP clients became logical steps in the development of the company. For Andriy Prikhodko, knowledge from the inside of the work of law enforcement agencies and the peculiarities of their interaction with business, as well as the practice of resolving various problems in economic legal relations, which was accumulated at NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, came in handy for Andrey Prikhodko. Successful cases in the anti-raider direction, collection of receivables, and resolution of tax issues appeared in the company’s portfolio. The circle of clients began to replenish with well-known entrepreneurs, politicians, representatives of show business.

Andrey Prikhodko and members of his team have earned a high reputation not only among clients, but also among colleagues. This was significantly facilitated by the defense of Andriy Anatolyevich’s doctoral dissertation on the topic “Administrative and legal support for preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine in the context of European integration”, and the acquisition of the scientific degree of Doctor of Science on November 26, 2020. Currently, he participates in the most prestigious professional events as a speaker. In particular, among such events is the AAU forum “Advocacy. Formula for success. Business Transformation 2.0″ on September 9, 2021 and the 11th Kyiv Criminal Law Forum on December 10, 2021.
