NEW INFORMATION PORTAL ON ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Interesting news! The Guide has recently started working in a new online information portal on all administrative services that are provided by representative authorities and local governments. This project was implemented thanks to the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the financial support of the UK government (UK aid) in the framework of USAID / UK and in the framework of the SURGe project, which is funded by the Government of Canada.

 Such a Guide works on a new portal - "Diia", created according to the latest developments.

This portal contains the most important information for an applicant for a specific administrative service:

• term of service provision;
• list of documents;
• ways of appealing the results of the provision of administrative services;
• place and cost of providing the service.

 The portal contains a list of about 1000 services. These services are divided into separate and very convenient categories, which greatly simplifies the search for the necessary information. In addition, they are combined according to individual life events, for example: a person had a child and there was a need to issue a birth certificate, or a person wants to buy real estate and does not know where to start, or, - a person wants to change his place of residence and is lost in the laws and regulations change of place of residence ... All answers to this kind of questions are available in this portal.

 The most popular category on the "Diia" portal is "the Citizenship and Migration section", which contains the services provided by the State Migration Service of Ukraine. An interesting fact is that in the case when the employees of the Migration Service require a document that is not provided for on the "Diia" portal, announce other terms for the provision of administrative services or require a different payment - referring to the information in this portal, you can easily not provide the required documents.

In the field of migration law, the following services are provided:

• The procedure for registration of departure for permanent residence abroad;
• Registration or exchange of a stateless person's identity card for traveling abroad;
• The procedure for obtaining an immigration permit and obtaining a permanent residence permit;
• Extension of the period of stay on the territory of Ukraine;
• Registration of a temporary residence permit;
• Registration of a certificate of protection in Ukraine, the extension of such a certificate;
• Registration of birth, marriage, death, amendments to acts of civil status, name change, divorce;
• Registration of place of residence / stay / removal from the place of registration;
• For citizens of Ukraine - issues of registration of Ukrainian passports.

 In fact, the creation of such portals, services and online offices greatly simplifies the work and functionality of various bodies in Ukraine. People will receive all the necessary information online, without standing in the kilometer-long bodies under the walls of state bodies, and all information will be able to get sitting at a table in front of a computer or from a phone.
