The company “Prikhodko & Partners” was approached by the limited liability company with a request regarding “Determining the company as critical for meeting the needs of military formations in a special period.”
The company had contracts for the purchase and supply of goods to meet the needs of the Military Units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The following was analyzed in detail by a lawyer practicing military law at the initial consultation:
- Agreements on the purchase and supply of goods to ensure security and defense needs;
- Charter;
- Information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
As a result, a strategy for further actions was developed and an Agreement on the provision of legal assistance was signed.
