On June 11, 2024, we were approached by a company specializing in the sale of skins in virtual games. They planned to expand sales markets, manufacture new products and needed help with structuring the tax burden.
We held a meeting and agreed on the draft terms of reference and all terms of cooperation.
Stages of work
After several stages of negotiations, on June 18, 2024, the contract was signed and the client agreed to the terms of reference, our lawyers began to prepare a tax consultation.
21.06.2024 The client received the preliminary edition of the tax consultation and provided his comments on it.
On June 25, 2024, the client was provided with a legal opinion regarding the tax burden, taking into account several options for the operation of his business. Also, as part of the business consultation, we offered options for creating new legal entities for optimal expansion of sales markets.
After analyzing all the information provided by us, the client decided to continue our cooperation and on July 9, 2024, an additional agreement was concluded for the registration of several companies in the specified jurisdictions.
