Signing the agreement
- The representative signs the agreement on your behalf using a power of attorney.
- The notary certifies the agreement and registers it in the State Register of Real Property Rights.
Payment of taxes and fees
- The representative must pay all necessary taxes and fees related to real estate re-registration (state duty, personal income tax, etc.).
Registration of ownership
- The notary registers the right of ownership of real estate to the new owner in the State Register of Real Property Rights.
Obtaining an extract from the register
- The representative receives an extract from the State Register of Real Property Rights, which confirms the registration of ownership of the new owner.
