Land plot registration in the State Land Cadastre (DZK)

Registration of a plot of land involves the following stages:
Definition of the registration authority
In order to go through the procedure for certifying the ownership of a land plot, it is necessary to decide on a state body that specializes in this issue. Most often, this stage passes through the State Land Cadastre.
Preparation and submission of a package of documents
Registration is carried out on the basis of the collected package of documents. Among the main documents:
- Document regarding the assignment of the corresponding cadastral number.
- Personal documents of the applicant (original passport, TIN).
- A document that confirms the existence of grounds for the emergence of ownership rights to a plot of land (court decision, sales contract, etc.).
We will consider in more detail the procedure for the legalization of a land plot in the DZK – the State Land Cadastre. To begin with, we note that this very step is a guarantee of protection of the right to use or own land.
The transfer of land ownership is supported by the presence of a cadastral number. The cadastral number is an essential condition of the contract. Without it, the land plot cannot be included in the DZK. This means that such a plot of land cannot be leased, sold, inherited, gifted, etc.
Obtaining a document on the right of ownership
After successful completion of the procedure, it takes up to 5 working days to receive the finished document. An extract from the State Register has full legal force.
