TO GET A BUDGASPORT ON A HOUSEHOLD BUILDING WITHOUT A LITTLE CONDITION
According to the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry plans to amend the Procedure for issuing a building passport for building a land plot, namely: to cancel the procedure of certification in the established order of copies of documents on land for obtaining a building passport for individual residential, holiday and garden buildings.
According to the Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Lev Partskhaladze, today, in order to obtain a construction passport for the object, the owners of the land plots must prepare a package of relevant documents, in particular, to provide a certified copy of the rights to own or use the land plot or a superficies contract. For people, this is extra time and a run for notaries, extra procedure and money. That is why the Ministry of Regional Development is proposing to streamline the process of drawing up a construction passport for citizens and abolish this procedure.
The corresponding changes are planned to be introduced in the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of May 5, 2011 No. 103 “On Approval of the Procedure for Issuing a Building Passport for Building a Land Plot”.
