The law firm was contacted by the Limited Liability Company "INVID-PRO" in order to return funds from the debtor for the goods delivered.

As a result of the debtor's audit it was found that the latter is insolvent (lack of funds on accounts, lack of property, etc.). Most lawyers identified the case as having no prospect, as there is a civil legal relationship, and the recovery of debt through the executive service will not give a positive result.

The complex approach of the lawyers of our company to solving the problem has made it possible to establish in the actions of the director of the debtor company the composition of the criminal offense provided for in Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The law firm "PRICHODKO & PARTNERS" prepared a statement on the commission of a crime and sent to the Police. According to the results of the consideration of the application, the information was submitted to the EIDHR No. 12017100100007157.

Within the framework of this criminal proceeding, lawyers prepare procedural documents for the purpose of committing investigatory and procedural actions aimed at bringing to criminal responsibility a guilty person.
