LIST OF BUILDING OBJECTS AND REAL ESTATE OBJECTS, WHICH IS NOT ASSIGNED TO THE ADDRESS OF THE BUILDING OBJECT, REAL ESTATE OBJECT

The Ministry of Regional Development approved the List of construction and real estate objects, which are not assigned the address of the construction object, the real estate object.

The relevant Order dated June 21, 2019, No. 137 was registered with the Ministry of Justice on June 27.

The order was adopted in pursuance of Government Decree No. 367, by which the Cabinet instructed the Ministry, inter alia, to approve the said list by July 1, 2019.

The list consists of 8 sections: land; highways and streets; railways; runways; bridges, flyovers, tunnels and subways; ports, canals, dams and other water structures; trunk pipelines, communications and transmission lines; local pipelines and communications.

Highways and streets include public highways, departmental (technological) highways, highways in private territories.

Railways include trunk lines; access, station and sorting tracks; metro railways; tram tracks; railways overhead and overpasses; railways of industrial enterprises.

Runways include runways for take-off and landing and for maneuvering and parking of aircraft and other aircraft.

Bridges, overpasses, tunnels and subways include road bridges, overpasses and overpasses; railway bridges and overpasses; surfboards and ferries; pedestrian bridges; road and rail tunnels and combined tunnels; subway tunnels; pedestrian tunnels; ground and underground pedestrian crossings.

The section "Ports, canals, dams and other water structures" includes the waters of seaports (port waters), inland approach, navigable canals, operational water areas of moorings, anchorages, other underwater hydraulic structures of artificial and natural origin; aqueducts, hoods; trunk irrigation systems; construction of water supply systems for agriculture; constructions of drainage systems; structures of storm networks; irrigation and drainage facilities, etc.

The main pipelines, communications and transmission lines include oil pipelines, gas pipelines, condensate pipelines and main pipelines; main water mains and branches; telecommunication lines and structures; relay systems and backbone cable networks; radio communication facilities and systems; main transmission lines cable - high voltage KLEP; main transmission lines air - high voltage transmission lines; medium voltage electrical distribution lines.

Local pipelines and communications include local pipelines for gas transportation; local water supply networks; local heating networks; local networks for transporting steam and compressed air; water wells, wells, pump rooms; water towers, fountains; local sewerage and wastewater networks; sewer collectors; sewage treatment plants; local power grids and trolley lines.

The order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
