HOW TO REGISTER THE RIGHT OF PROPERTY ON THE REAL ESTATE, LOCATED FOR THE TEMPORARYLY BUILT TERRITORY OF UKRAINE

According to the current legislation, state registration of the right of ownership and other property rights is carried out regardless of the location of immovable property within the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the region, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

However, in order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in connection with the socio-political situation in the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, the state significantly expanded the territorial boundaries necessary for the possibility of unhindered access to the authorities of registration and implementation of state registration of rights.

Thus, the state provided more accessible access to administrative services for ordinary citizens.
