The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated March 22, 2018, adopted the LAW OF UKRAINE No. 3696 on amending the clause 9 of Section V of the "Final Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Urban Development" regarding the extension of the term of acceptance into operation of construction objects constructed in the period from August 5, 1992 to April 9, 2015, individual (manor) residential buildings, garden, country houses with a total area of ​​up to 300 square meters, as well as household (private) buildings and structures with a total area of ​​up to 300 square meters;

Under the "Construction Amnesty" fall:

individual (mansion) houses, garden, country houses, household (private) buildings and structures;
public buildings class of consequences CC1, CC2;
agricultural buildings and structures, and СС2 categories of complexity.
To legitimize the design of self-building on a residential building up to 300 square meters. more than 300 square meters it is necessary to collect the following package of documents:

technical passport (with a mark on technical inspection)
statement;
two copies of the completed declaration of acceptance of the facility in operation;
certified copies of documents certifying the right of ownership of the land plot on which the object is located.
